2012
CMX was founded in Frankfurt on the Main.

2013
Already in January 2012 we opened a service center with 80 positions.

2015
A milestone for CMX: in February we opened our first Nearshoring contact center in Skopje, North Macedonia. Our headquarters in Berlin followed in the same year.

2016
We continue to grow: our second operational location was already functional in May in Tbilisi, Georgia.

2018
Our location in Yerevan, Armenia celebrated its premiere in November 2018.
