German-speaking customer services specialists / customer service employees (full-time and part-time)

as quickly as possible.

You will work for a well-known customer care company operating all over Europe and will answer telephone and written inquiries.

Tasks:

  • Taking telephone calls and responding to e-mails from our clients
  • Consulting of our clients
  • Complaint management
  • General customer care


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the German language, at least at B2 level
  • Customer focus
  • Pleasant, friendly und patient personality
  • Team player 
  • No work experience needed
