Furthermore, we ensure compliance with all requirements of our clients concerning data protection provisions pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulations and with conclusion of our agreements by applying the German contract law.

In 2015, this was the starting point for our success story as a customer service company. For our first client, we developed a young team of multilingual agents. In the meantime, all our locations are managed centrally from Skopje. From this location we service several companies that, besides German as main language, also require other international languages for their respective customer service. One of them is still our first client from the year 2015. That is what we are proud of. Come and visit us, since many airlines offer direct flights from Germany to Skopje.

Our second location has grown continuously since 2016. The core business at this location are the multiskilled services in German language for our customers. Furthermore, we are also able to offer you service teams for English and Russian.
Tbilisi is a lively city with a distinctive cultural scene. But we are not just recommending visit of the capital, but also planning of a longer stay in Georgia to visit its numerous tourist attractions. Tbilisi is also well connected to numerous German airports.

Yerevan
Armenia
In 2018, we established our third location in the heart of Yerevan, not far from the Presidential Palace. Within a short period of time we established a team on the site, which mainly provides different inbound services in German language for customers from the e-commerce industry. Meanwhile, we successfully service several clients from this location.
In addition, Yerevan is one of the oldest cities in the world and, with more than one million citizens, it is the capital and the largest city in Armenia. Your arrival by plane can be easily planned from several German airports.
