Founded in 2012, CMX Solutions has grown into a dynamic global business. Since 2015, our headquarters have been strategically located in Berlin, Germany, serving as the heart of our operations. Our Journey Begins
In 2015, we launched our success story with the opening of our office in Skopje. What started with a small, dynamic team of multilingual customer service experts servicing a single client has grown into a central service hub for managing all our locations. Today, Skopje is the heart of our operations, overseeing customer service for clients across various industries in German, French, Italian, Dutch, Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Since 2018, our Skopje office has proudly held ISO 9001 certification, underscoring our commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Additionally, since 2020, we have been ISO 27001 certified, demonstrating our dedication to maintaining the highest standards of information security and data protection for our clients.
Georgia
Growing Our Global Reach
Since opening in 2016, our Georgian service center location has grown to a team of 300+ multilingual customer service experts. While we continue to deliver top-tier German customer support, our skilled customer service experts also provide seamless services in French, English and Italian. With expertise across multiple industries, we are equipped to meet diverse customer needs and ensure exceptional service for our clients. In 2024, we successfully obtained ISO 27001 certification.

In September 2023, we proudly launched our fourth location in Almaty, marking another milestone in the continued success story of CMX. Recognizing the vast potential of Kazakhstan, we’ve adopted a remote-first model, enabling us to leverage the country’s size and its wealth of skilled talent. With a large and diverse workforce, Kazakhstan offers a unique opportunity to meet the growing demands of our clients. Our newest location is dedicated to further expanding our capabilities, supporting both our global operations and the local workforce in delivering exceptional service.
Secretarial Services and Abravo GmbH
With the acquisition of Abravo GmbH in 2018, we diversified our portfolio and expanded our service offerings with valuable solutions in the field of secretarial services. Rather than starting from scratch, we chose to acquire Abravo GmbH and build on the expertise it had acquired and developed since its founding in 2002. In 2019, the officehelden.de brand was launched as an innovative secretarial product and made available in the DACH region.
