What Customer Service Advisors do:
Customer Service Advisors are brand ambassadors and the first point of contact for customer interactions. Your main responsibility is to ensure customer satisfaction by answering questions, solving problems, and providing excellent support. This role is crucial in building customer trust, loyalty, and positive brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for customers and respond to inquiries via various channels like phone, email, and chat.
  • Efficiently and professionally resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Provide comprehensive information on products, services, and company policies.
  • Guide customers through processes like order placement or technical troubleshooting.
  • Carefully document interactions and, when necessary, escalate complex issues to the relevant departments.
  • Continuously improve customer interactions through feedback and training.

  • Excellent communicators with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experienced problem solvers who can adapt to different situations.
  • Very detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Fluent in German languages (other languages are a Bonus).
  • Successful in working independently while also contributing to team goals.

Working in Customer Service:

 

Working in a call or service center has many facets. We work for clients from various industries such as telecommunications, retail, financial services, and much more.

It’s a dynamic world where you communicate with a variety of people every day and look for customer-oriented solutions. Empathy and the ability to quickly adapt to others are essential in this role.

To provide customers with the best and fastest service at all times, we operate on a shift system. You will always receive your shift schedule in advance.

Training is, of course, the first step. It is conducted in small groups by our experienced trainers and can last 1-3 weeks depending on the project. During this time, you’ll learn all the systems and policies you need for daily work. Goal-setting and quality guidelines are also part of the daily work and will be thoroughly explained to you by our team.

Customer Service Advisor - A Day in the Life…

Customer inquiries reach you via phone, email, or chat.
It’s a mix of questions, issues, and concerns from customers, which may include selling additional services as well as making callback requests. All messages require individual attention and are processed in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
Throughout the day, new inquiries and calls constantly arrive in the queue, and your day often involves a continuous switch between calls, emails, and chat messages.
The job is centered around helping people and solving problems.
There may be team meetings or training sessions throughout the day, which are designed to keep you up to date and provide optimal support in achieving your goals.
