It’s a mix of questions, issues, and concerns from customers, which may include selling additional services as well as making callback requests. All messages require individual attention and are processed in a friendly and solution-oriented manner.
Throughout the day, new inquiries and calls constantly arrive in the queue, and your day often involves a continuous switch between calls, emails, and chat messages.
The job is centered around helping people and solving problems.
There may be team meetings or training sessions throughout the day, which are designed to keep you up to date and provide optimal support in achieving your goals.
