We are aware that we can achieve this goal only together and with a strong team that is supporting and motivating each other. This is why we invest in our colleagues in order to allow them to develop in CMX: both in the sense of their professional development (e.g. as quality analyst) and as executives (e.g. as team leader).
We take care of each other: the executives of the employees, the employees of each other and of our clients. Thereby, our flat hierarchy enables open and fair inward and outward communication.
We are especially proud of the fact that we grew together with our clients in the entire period since our foundation. In this sense, it is important not to lose sight of the team spirit of our employees, despite of the company size. That is why we place special value on team building measures, the crucial characteristics of which are to be fun and bring joy.
